The controller of personal data processed on this website is Matěj Forejt. For any privacy matters you can contact me at forejtovic@gmail.com.
What data I process
I only process the data you provide yourself: through the contact form your name, company name, email, phone (if you include it), the selected services and your message; through the animation-library waitlist signup your email. The site also measures traffic anonymously via Google Analytics – only if you allow analytics cookies. On page load your IP address is used once to estimate your country for the site language (via ipapi.co); I do not store your IP address.
How I use your data
I use the contact-form data solely to reply to you and to discuss a potential collaboration. The waitlist email is used only to announce the library release and you can unsubscribe at any time. I do not use the data for any profiling.
Who I share data with
Contact-form messages are delivered to my email by Resend (a processor). Traffic statistics are processed by Google Analytics (only after consent). I do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Retention
I keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed for our communication and potential collaboration. The language cookie lasts 30 days, the cookie-choice cookies 1 year and Google Analytics cookies up to 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your analytics-cookies consent at any time on the Cookies page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
